Tama-Do (“Way of the Soul”), Academy created in 1988 by Visionary Fabien Maman, the founding father of vibrational sound therapy (Websters’ Dictionary), is dedicated to the evolution of human consciousness through research, teachings and creativity. We offer courses in non-invasive techniques using Sound, Color and Movement® and Harmonizing Concerts® to ground the Soul in daily life.
We offer trainings for practitioners as well as those who just wish to be more “in-tune” with cosmic frequencies.
All Tama-Do techniques, grounded in the classical traditions of music, mathematics, astrology and Chinese medicine, have been rigorously researched and developed by Fabien Maman, the founding father of vibrational sound therapy (Websters’ Dictionary), over a course of nearly 40 years.
Level I is taught by Master Teacher Terres Unsoeld, who was initiated by Fabien Maman 20 years ago, to develop the Levels I, II and III teachings into what they have become today. She has been Tama-Do Academy's Level I Teacher for 20 years, and is the creator of a new paradigm of healing ~ Shamanism of the Light ~ upon which Tama-Do Academy is now based.

Fabien Maman, the founding father of vibrational sound therapy, created the now famous technique of using steel tuning forks and color light on acupuncture meridians to heal the body, mind and spirit. His work inspired others to follow. Sound healing therapists, researchers and schools have all been inspired by his sound healing research and techniques, spelled out in his foundational sound healing book, THE TAO OF SOUND. With this workshop you have come to the Source and will learn the Master's precise protocol for sound healing with Fabien Maman's Classical Steel Tuning Forks.
In this comprehensive sound healing course, students will learn Fabien Maman's tuning fork and color light protocol with meridian, organ and point location, foundational principles of 5 element theory and acupuncture; and assessment techniques to determine energetic imbalances in the organs and meridians.
We will also learn Terres Unsoeld's Sound Shiatsu®, which uses Fabien Maman's Classic Steel Tuning Forks with precise musical intervals to chase negative energy along the zones of the acupuncture meridians. This technique offers easy relief to aches and pains in the knees, shoulders and ankles, etc.
This professional course is essential for sound healing therapists as well as those who wish to add sound and color to their personal energy medicine kit.

In the 80s, Fabien Maman was part of a study group consisting of acupuncturists, psychologists and energeticians in the South of France, to determine the link between the quality of our organs at birth and our physical, emotional and behavioral health. They created a system known as the Psychology of Chinese Temperaments ~ a diagnostic tool to recognize the Temperaments within ourselves as well as in others. Over the next 40 years, Fabien Maman and Terres Unsoeld have evolved this original system beyond bio-psychology, to include the Spiritual aspect of the human being. We call this, the Temperaments of the Soul®, which continues to evolve.
In this fascinating workshop, students will learn the basic characteristics of the 8 Temperaments. They will then learn how to look at their Temperaments through the lens of Terres Unsoeld's Shamanism of the Light, a new paradigm of healing based on the premise that we are all Noble Hero's on our Journey to the Light, and that each of us has an Arrow of Destiny® (Soul Mission). Understanding our personal Temperaments, will help us to choose the best Path for our Soul. Each workshop participant will receive an individualized analysis of his or her unique temperament.

Level I and II will return to our Spiritual Home in the Swiss Alps! It is a beautiful center nestled high in an alpine meadow (1700 meters) surrounded by snow capped mountains, icy waterfalls, an ancient larch forest and flowers, flowers, flowers! Whereas the Level I training focused primarily on healing techniques, Level II offers the foundation of Spirituality through energy and creativity. Through self knowledge we manifest our destiny . We take a stand in the Universe.
With Master Teacher Terres Unsoeld, you will explore the Ancient Mystery Teachings of the Sephirotic Tree, Soul Astrology and Celtic Power Dates, as well as Fabien's own Spiritual practice which includes Mantras, Meditation and Prayer, The Law of the Eight Elements®, The Etheric Chart of Divination®, Tama-Do Sound Harmonization®, Fundamental Sound® and Fundamental Movement®, Tao Yin Fa® Series I-IV, Zhineng Chi Gong and the Seasonal Harmonizing Concert®.
The first three days will be an immersive opportunity to practice and receive the Level I techniques. Students will review the TEP, Musical Spine, Shu Points, 8 Qi Mo and Comparative Diagnosis as well as the Tao Yin Fa series I and warm-up. These days can either be for one's own benefit, or it can count toward the Level I Test (if you have finished your 50 practice sessions).
Mornings begin with the Tao Yin Fa®, Series I, adding Series II, III and IV, which integrates Qi Gong movements with the Eight directions, the eight main stars, the chakras, organs, and the eight extraordinary meridians. Evening gatherings will include sacred chanting, overtoning and meditations. The course will end with a Tama-Do Sound Harmonization®. All activities will reflect the unique spiritual/energetic perspective of Tama-Do.
This change in consciousness will lead you to a new perception of your Soul and your Path and what you must do this life time. Deeply transformative, Level II changes our life. We experience profound shifts as we realize and align with our soul path, opening to our true essence.

In 1981, French musician/composer and acupuncturist FABIEN MAMAN conducted a revolutionary sound/cellular experiment that changed the landscape of vibrational sound healing as we know it today (see THE TAO OF SOUND). For the next 40 years, he created precise sound protocols to harmonize the organs, chakras, subtle energy fields with the seasons, directions and stars.
